We offer a wide variety of opportunities to serve God through our church and enjoy good fellowship...

Acolyting

Persons are welcome to serve on the altar as an acolyte. We welcome both young persons around 10 years old and older adults to this ministry.

Lector

Persons, young and old, are encouraged to read the Old Testament and Epistle Lessons each Sunday, and lead in the reciting of the Psalm.

Eucharistic Ministers

Assisting the priest in administering the sacrament is a special ministry. Persons called to this service are trained by the priest and licensed through the Diocese.

Music Ministry

"Make a joyful noise to the Lord," says the Psalmist. Our choir greatly enhances our congregational worship. The choir is made up of singers from our congregation and from the college. Weekly rehearsal is Thursday night from 7 to 8 pm, and Sunday morning at 9:30 am.

Prayer Chain

Thanks to this ministry, persons in sorrow, need, sickness, or any other adversity are kept in continual prayer.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

All members of Trinity Episcopal Church who knit and crochet are invited to become involved in a special ministry of making prayer shawls for those having surgery or in grief.

Contact Ann Sullivan with any questions you may have regarding this ministry.

Outreach

Thanks to all who help supply Janeil with teacher supplies for her trip to Belize City and the teachers of St. John's Anglican School.

The Lakeshore Humane Society is a non-profit, all volunteer organization. Support of this organization comes entirely from donations, fund raising activities and grants. All donations are used for animals in the immediate area. Dogs and cats are God's children too! These animals are in great need of supplies. Lakeshore has a long list of items. However, we have selected the following to collect because it will benefit the comfort of these animals.
Clean, used blankets, sheets, and towels
Bleach
Paper Towels
This will be our outreach for the month of January. Thanks for your generosity!

Sunday School

Nursery is provided during the 10:30 am service each week (except July and August).

Our Sunday School consists of pre-K class, grades 1 to 3, and grades 5 and 6. We are currently using "Faith Weavers" curriculum which follows the church worship lectionary and does an excellent job in blending the Scripture lessons with life today.
